Well, the lead singer on the 1st 4Mag CD has a new band called Blower Motor you need to check out... "Formed in early 2007 the Gonzales based trio consisted of Joel Cangiolosi (guitar/vox), Slimm (bass) and Gabe Fontenot (drums). Six months into the project the band was looking for a new drummer due to their rigorus practice schedule. Unwilling to compromise, the band found Ben Fridge, an unparalled and jaw-dropping drummer which opened up new doors for musical exploration. In the fall of 2007 the band put out the "piss poor ep" which became a blue print of inspiration to transcend their medium. Blower Motors' constant gigging and writing expanded the bands' depth of expression and drove them into creating songs of fierce instrumentation and dark melodies. Honing their craft to precision, the band is now a laser guided missle that haunts its victims. Currently, Blower Motor is recording a full length album entitled " Bolt-on Horsepower " that will be released in the Spring of 2009. Attacking guitars, brutal bass lines and high energy drum work will be injected into every song. The album will devistate the hard rock genre as we know it." (from their MySpace).
