Embassy Club Closed

This was also confirmed by my friends in the bar/club industry (yeah, I get my news online only as I rarely have time for tv and radio). Different articles have already popped out, basically saying the same story (Philstar.com, GMAnewstv, etc). A balikbayan got into a fight with a "DJ". In my opinion, this is the best article about the incident (I just found it entertaining to read, grabbed my attention more). It's from the Journal Online (www.journal.com.ph). The thing is, contrary to what is written, Pauly Mac is not a DJ. He is an "MC", meaning he raps and hosts will the actual DJ provides the music. I've seen him perform every Wednesday at Embassy and even bumped into him whenever we go to an after-hours club in Burgos (yes, yes, I know it's the red light district. But this is the place to go when all the clubs are closed, like around 5am. More of this in another post). In fact, my friends and I were there at Embassy when this fight happened. Pauly Mac was doing his thing and moved around the dance floor while MC-ing, mic in hand. I even said hi and made beso with Pauly (but I doubt it if he remembers my name) when he was near my group.
