- K7 , a hip-hop musician who recorded the song "Come Baby Come", formerly of the group TKA
- K7, Karakoram, a mountain in Pakistan
- Vympel K-7, an early air-to-air missile
- Ibanez K7, a guitar model
- Daewoo K7, a submachine gun with an integrated suppressor
- K7 Avenger, a fictional assault rifle featured in Perfect Dark for the Nintendo 64 video game console
- Deep Space Station K7, a fictional space station featured in the Star Trek episodes "The Trouble With Tribbles" and "Trials and Tribble-ations"
