It is produced by Arjun Rampal and his wife Mehr Jesia through their production company Chasing Ganesha Films and directed by Vivek Agrawal. It's tag line is You find love in the strangest places. The movie was shot entirely in London, and features cameos by Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan. The film is heavily inspired by 2005 Hollywood chick-flick Just Like Heaven and the corresponding book it was based on, If Only It Were True.
