FOOD Small Massive Rock Ensemble was born in 2001, with Delicius on guitar and vocals, Mr. Sghinz on drums and the so-called Lord Jim on bass.
During the 2001 winter season the band withdrawals in an alpine hut in Valscura, Vittorio Veneto, bringing by walk instrtuments because of the hard snow.
In that location, behaving like primitives without any modern commodity, FOOD learned the hard lesson from nature and gave a strong fitting to their songs.
In early 2002 the band appears in a few gigs, still choosing to go on with a hard reharsal to get the right skillfulness.
At the end of the year the guys produce a CD-demo titled "Start". Five tracks delivered in absolute introspection without any compromise. FOOD want to go on more and more, hoping to get into reality as soon as they can!
